Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Harbor on one device (macOS or Windows). The license is valid for the current major version and all minor updates within that version.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Harbor in compliance with applicable laws. Harbor is designed for personal use as a private proxy node. You are responsible for ensuring your use of proxy services complies with local regulations and any network policies you are subject to.

No Warranty

Harbor is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. The developers do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all network configurations, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact support before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

Limitation of Liability

The Harbor developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Harbor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
