About Harbor
Harbor is a desktop application that turns any Mac or Windows PC into a private proxy exit node. It works seamlessly with Surge, Clash, Shadowrocket, and V2Box — the tools you already use for smart routing and geo-unblocking.
Why Harbor Exists
Many people pay for powerful proxy clients like Surge but rely on shared proxy services known as airports that log traffic, throttle bandwidth, or disappear without warning. Harbor gives you the exit node these clients need — your own infrastructure, running on your own machine, routed through Cloudflare global network.
How It Works
Harbor uses Cloudflare Tunnel (free tier) to create a secure transport layer. You create a tunnel in the Cloudflare dashboard, paste the token into Harbor, and Harbor automatically configures and starts the built-in sing-box and cloudflared. The result: a VLESS proxy node that looks like normal HTTPS traffic, works on restrictive networks, and feeds directly into your Surge/Clash rules.
Technology
Harbor is built with Rust for the core logic and Tauri for the cross-platform desktop app. This combination provides native performance, small binary sizes, and a security-first architecture.
Pricing
Harbor is a one-time purchase of $6.99. No subscription, no recurring fees. You get a permanent download token and free updates within major versions.
